Booking Policy
If you wish to book please provide:
- Credit card number and expiry date.
- Contact address and phone number.
We cannot guarantee your booking without the above details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can have a significant impact on our business due to our remote rural location and size.
Cancellations or amendment of bookings must be notified no later than 72 hours prior to 1pm on the expected date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.
All cancellations or amendments notified less than 72 hours prior to 1pm on the expected date of arrival will incur a 100% charge for every room night cancelled unless the rooms can be resold.
It is at management’s sole discretion to change, waive or drop, any charges occurring from the above cancellation policy. Any variation to cancellation policies will be taken on its merit and reasons supplied.
